1. Product Manager

Kualifikasi :

– Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam siklus pengembangan Sistem Informasi
– Min. S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi / Manajemen Sistem Informasi
– Menguasai Konsep dan Implementasi Design Database Relational dan Non Relational, Agile Development, beserta Object Oriented Design Analysis (OODA)
– Memiliki daya analisa dan pemikiran konsep yang kuat
– Memahami desain sistem, User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX)
– Memiliki pengalaman dalam pembuatan dokumentasi software development
– Memiliki pengalaman software testing (Scenario testing dan automated testing), SIT dan UAT
– Memahami dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi serta menguasai scrum
– Mampu bekerja team, komunikatif, dan terampil memecahkan masalah

Kualifikasi :

– Pengalaman min 2 tahun di PHP, jquery, Code Igniter (CI)
– Mahir SQL dan CSS

3. Junior Video Editor

Job Descriptions:

– Create or develop creative ideas for multimedia outcomes (animation, videos, or social media) on various brands.
– To independently or collaboratively work with Creative team, Video team and outsourced independents.
– Produce animation of multiple projects based on input or strategic direction.
– To consistently create high quality standards of visual outcomes.
– Able to effectively manage timeline and execution of projects.
– Editing video

Requirements :

– Self-motivated, passionate and organized.
– Have excellent visual aesthetic sense and skills, as well as a flair in creative storytelling.
– Ability to thrive in a team environment.
– Minimum of 2 years experience.
– Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suites programs (After Effects, Animate, Premier, Photoshop & Illustrator).
– Proficiency with video and image editing software
– Adaptability in working with various projects and tight deadlines.
– Great attention to details & good communication skills.
– Experience in 3D Animation is highly favorable.

4. Graphic Designer

Kualifikasi :

– Mampu berpikir kreatif untuk menciptakan ide baru
– Kreatif, detail, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mampu bekerjasama, dan memiliki kemampuan desain grafis yang sangat baik.
– mempunyai selera dan kemampuan estetika visual yang sangat baik, sebagaimana memiliki kemampuan dalam menuangkan ide melalui cerita kreatif.
– memiliki minimal pengalaman 2 tahun
– Memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi dalam update design terkini
– Harus memiliki kemampuan Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop dll)
– Bisa beradaptasi dengan baik di lingkungan kerja, terutama saat menghadapi berbagai macam projek dan deadline yang padat

5. Customer Experience

Job Description :

– Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements – from purchase to product return to customer support.
– Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, account management, billing, finance, UX etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience- irrespective of where they occur in the journey – are plugged
– Regular communication with internal stakeholders such as customer service executives and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the brand experience
– Ensuring the Customer Experience strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals and outcomes
– Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered – help measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the brand is performing on CX performance parameters

Qualification :

– Education Background min Diploma (Math, Science, IT/Information System, Economy, Communication)
– Understand qualitative or quantitative research
– Interested with data such as analytics, survey, understand about customer mapping journey
– Experienced in the same field min. 1 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
– Good listening skill and empathy
– Good in project management and collaboration with various functional stakeholder
– Have an agility, flexibility and good speed (fast response)
– Able to easily read and interpret the data analytics (data management)
– Placement: Surabaya
